1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device or read from that device when using a website or application.
For the purposes of this Policy, cookies also mean similar technologies, such as browser local storage, session identifiers and technical tokens.
2. Who uses cookies
Cookies are used by Aurea Enterprises sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, as the provider of the Multiflota service.
All cookies described in sections 4 and 5 are first-party cookies of the multiflota.pl domain. Cookies and browser storage of external services are described separately in section 7.

3. What categories of cookies we use
We use two categories of cookies:
- necessary cookies, including remembering settings that you choose yourself,
- analytical cookies, only with your consent.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking across different websites.
4. Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are required for logging in, maintaining the session, account security and remembering your decision regarding cookies. Without them, logging in to Multiflota is not possible.

Necessary cookies are used without separate consent because they are necessary to provide the service you request or to ensure its security.
5. Remembering your settings
We store these cookies and browser storage entries only when you choose a given setting. They are not used for analysis or tracking.

6. Analytical cookies
Multiflota has prepared its own measurement of website operation (performance, JavaScript errors, loading times), which starts only after your consent to analytical cookies. Data from this measurement remains in the European Economic Area.
Currently, the measurement is disabled, so consent to analytical cookies does not activate anything at present. Before we enable it, we will update this Policy.
We do not use analytics to create advertising profiles or to track the user across different websites.
7. External services in the browser
Some Multiflota functions load elements of external services in the browser. The providers of these services then receive the IP address and information about the browser, and some of them may store data in the browser on their own terms:
- Zendesk support chat - loads only after clicking the chat button. Zendesk stores chat session data in the browser and may set its own cookies. On the public website, the chat is anonymous. After logging in, we provide Zendesk with your first name, surname and e-mail address so that you do not have to introduce yourself. Logging out of Multiflota also ends the chat session,
- hCaptcha - protects contact forms, company registration and login after several unsuccessful attempts against robots. The hCaptcha verification window may store data in the browser,
- MapTiler maps - on the fleet map and the fuel events map, the browser downloads map tiles from MapTiler servers and may store them in the cache. Vehicle markers are drawn by your browser, MapTiler does not receive them,
- country flags - after expanding the list of countries in the telephone number field, the browser downloads flag images from the flagcdn.com service.
The privacy and cookie policies of their providers also apply to these elements.
8. Managing consent
On your first visit, we display a banner in which you can accept all cookies, select only necessary cookies or open settings. You can change your decision at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of actions carried out before its withdrawal.
You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Deleting necessary cookies will log you out of Multiflota, delete remembered settings and cause the banner to be displayed again.
9. Storage period
Session cookies are deleted after the browser is closed or after logging out, depending on their function. Other cookies and browser storage entries are stored for the period indicated in the tables above, unless you delete them earlier.
10. Changes to the Cookies Policy
We may change the Cookies Policy in the event of technological, legal or organisational changes or changes in the scope of the tools used.
The current version of the Cookies Policy is published on the multiflota.pl website.
We may inform users of significant changes in the application or by e-mail.

This document is available in Polish and English. The Polish version is the source text; in case of any discrepancy between the versions, the Polish version prevails. The English version is a translation provided for convenience only.
